I designed a mobile app to help students manage stress and practice healthy habits. The app connects users with resources available on their campus, including counseling and student support groups.

CalmU also includes a built-in library of articles, videos, and podcasts related to mental health and wellness. Users can also track their progress and set goals for themselves.
